Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old Hartsville boy, Hartsville Police Chief Tim Kemp said.

Daniel Wallace was reported missing Dec. 3 by his mother, Kemp said. She told police he called her Nov. 16 and told her he was leaving school to run away. He also said he would call her later, but never did.

Anyone with information and Wallace’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department at (843) 383-3011 or Crime Stoppers of the Pee Dee at (843) 667-8477.

A Daniel Harrison Wallace was charged in 2012 (in Hartsville) with third degree arson, petit larceny and burglary.

He was 15 in 2007 and the article states he was 20 in 2012 so this seems to match. Any other sluethers know how to check if this is the same person?
