Luciano was reported missing on May 23, says her missing person advisory. Her family has not had contact with her in about four years and recently located a picture of Luciano where she appeared to be passed out on the floor. No information on Luciano's current address, phone number, or clothing description is available, but she has a known drug issue and may still be in the Little River area.
