Looks like she knew the person who lured her away.... imo

False alarm.

The crime scene investigator driving this unit is not affiliated with the search for Faye Swetlik.

He lives in the neighborhood and was heading home from a normal shift
.

I take that to mean the crime scene unit of the police department.

Yep. I missed the truck part of that tweet. Whoops. Been a long day.

Another vehicle to tow? Crime scene truck is NOT a sign of a good outcome.

He uses flashing lights to drive home? Well that was poor timing. Relieved however.

Reporter posing a question to the public relations officer who just clarified the situation:

Thank you for the clarification. While I have you, we saw four squad cars with lights and sirens down airport boulevard. They were going 26 westbound and cut a left onto Airport Blvd. Does this have anything to do with the investigation?

Law enforcement says it ‘can’t comment’ on whether family of missing 6-year-old face polygraph tests

According to Sgt. Evan Antley with the Cayce Department of Public Safety, Swetlik’s family is cooperating with the investigation. When asked if family members are being issued polygraph tests, Sgt. Antley said he could not comment about that aspect of the investigation.

**Does this mean we can sleuths the family?

Well, perhaps the reason she's missing
A six year old who is greeted by a parent, just not simply disappears.......
Faye Marie Swetlik is not missing because of the walk she took home from the bus stop with her mother. She was greeted by a parent and she did disappear. Fact of this case.

Ha! No.

We can read between the lines here, but they are not official suspects.

But I though she was met by her mom...........doesn't make sense
  1. Faye was met by her mom at the bus stop about 2:50 p.m..
  2. They walked back to the house together.
  3. Faye was playing outside when she was last seen about 3:45 p.m.
  4. Her family looked for her.
  5. When they couldn't find her, they called police.

Do we know what Department the CSI truck was for? There is someone who lives in the neighborhood who works for another agency and drives a CSI truck home. Was still living in the neighborhood when I was home last (about 6 months ago.)

you were correct!

I am sure they are being asked to take polygraphs...that is basically automatic. Partly for the response to the request...jmo
