Based on preliminary information from the coroner's office, they believe Faye had not been in that location very long at all.

602 Picadilly Square - location of male's body

Male identified - Coty Scott Taylor who resided at 602 Picadilly Square, white caucasian. Autopsy will be on Saturday.

Investigation does link Taylor to the investigation.

Confirmed to be a neighbor.

No suspects at this time and they have not made any arrests.

CST was a neighbor, not an acquaintance.

ETA: LE has not named the deceased male CT a suspect or POI. Only will say the deaths are believed connected.

Faye's body located in a wooded area between her residence and NAPA Auto Parts.

The body of Coty Taylor was located at his residence. DOB 3-9-1989

The critical piece of evidence found in the trash was included on Faye's flyer.

There is a connection. It is believed Faye had NOT been in the woods where she was found for very long.

Questions at presser:

Q: Where was Faye located?
A: Wooded area between her residence and behind Napa parts store. The coroner does not believe the woods location where Faye was killed but later placed in this location.

Q: Deceased male location?
A: At his residence 602 Picadilly

Q: Evidence located?
A. Yes, in a trash can at CT residence - Picadilly. Evidence caused investigators to return to the wooded area previously searched. Thursday was normal garbage collection day.

Q: Did CT have a criminal history?
A: No - not known to LE

Q: COD of CT?
A: No speculation - tomorrow results

Q: Did investigators talk to CT previously?
A: Yes -- investigators had talked to him a few days ago and had been in his home.

Just a neighbor, not a friend, not a relative and not seeking any one else at this time. LE saying her body hadn't been there long, if I'm not mistaken. Does that mean he held her captive somewhere??
