So the lack of information leads me to believe that my assumptions of the reasons for her kidnapping are what we probably all were thinking. I'm glad, however, that they are only releasing what I assume the parents are okay with. MOO

Thankfully they are not releasing any details about what happened to her. It is likely too horrible to comprehend.

Now to wait to hear the results for CT and how he is involved. I'm guessing it won't be long until the media starts reporting on this. Jmo

Yeah, I thought that from very early on. Hearing the specific details here, shows that this was a masterclass in responding to a missing child.

Absolutely incredible effort.

K9 searched. New grid search. Brought in more resource - Sanitation Department.
Officers followed sanitation trucks and combed through garbage as it was dumped.
10am, found polka-dot boot and soup ladle with fresh dirt.

Approx 10 a.m. they found a child's polka dot boot and a soup ladle with freshly-dug dirt in it.
They were then notified of a man bleeding on the patio at 602 Picadilly Square. They collected DNA...

Evidence leads them to believe CT abducted Faye and he is the perpetrator of this crime.

Faye's body moved in the shadow of night early morning hours the day she was found.
