The neuropsychologist, Dr. Kimberly Cruz, explains the different types of tests, including a dot-counting memory test, she performed on Jones. Earlier, she said she provides data to back up Dr. Frierson's clinical opinion.

Dr. Cruz says Jones does have a depressed skull fracture, but it does not equate to a neuro-cognitive disorder.

Dr. Cruz continues to say Jones does not have symptoms consistent with schizophrenia, saying it's possible he might have faked symptoms (aka malingering) for psychosis.

Dr. Cruz testifies based on testing, it suggests Jones was malingering (faking, exaggerating) when self-reporting his alleged symptoms of psychosis.

Dr. Cruz: Based on multiple tests, Jones did not meet criteria for a neurocognitive disorder, meaning he does not have a "broken brain."
