he was doing floor work was given a key to do work

six weeks or so ago he told her he lost the key

he was living in the living room of HIS house

there was a nail with a keyring... and her house key was on it.

Manpower is not an issue. FBI continues to assist in many, many ways. Center for Missing Children continues to help. Still asking for tips. They are operating under the belief that she is alive.

he asked for an attorney

they attorney sent them a letter saying not to talk to him

they would never ask gabbie's mom to go and get him to try to talk they would never do that

They haven't determined with certainty how he knew Gabbiee was alone at that time.

He had stayed there before, but he was not living there.

Everything he has come into contact with or had access to, they have gotten a search warrant for it - including his DNA. Now sorting through all of the evidence.

They found her DNA in other places, but they will not discuss where. He then goes on to say they found DNA in his house that indicated she had been in his house that morning.

they have a time period that they feel he did his dirty work

they have a couple hour period that he was not accounted for

They have a "couple hour" period of time when he was unaccounted for. So, they know he did not go to Georgia or South Carolina. FBI helped to identify "hot spots" where Gabbiee might be.

Wow, Gabbiee's mom dated him in 2007 and she broke it off. He moved to Florida. In September 2010 is when the girl from Florida disappeared. He entered Gabbiee's mom's life again in October 2010. The sheriff does not feel like this was a coincidence.
