[h=3]Details of Disappearance[/h] Gary was last seen walking down Remont Road in the Charleston Farms Community in Charleston, South Carolina, en route to a friend's house, at 10:00 p.m. on September 6, 1974. This was the day before his sixteenth birthday. He has never been heard from again. He left all his belongings behind, including his wallet. Few details are available in his case.

Hmm....When I saw this pop up, he reminded me of the unidentified Corll victim "Swimsuit Boy", but the dates do not quite work. We are 100% Gary disappeared in 1974?

I tried running Gary's photo

through an enhancer app. Not perfect, and the colorized one off but maybe a bit clearer? I'm also going to see if there are any other images out there.

Also, it appears as though Gary has a scar of some sort in his eyebrow? I do not see this noted, only the scar on his abdomen from the coffee burn.

This UID was found in California in 1980. If Gary was alive then, he would be a year or two outside of the suggested age range, but he does fit the stats and I can see a resemblance.

I tend to think Gary either took his own life or met with foul play shortly after he was last seen--i.e. no shoes, no wallet--but you never know.

@MadMcGoo Thank you for sharing the age progression. I'm going to go ahead and submit. The no shoes/wallet is so odd, but I guess there is always room for error/unknown? He could have been picked up hitching easily enough, I suppose....
