GREENVILLE, S.C. -- A construction worker found a man's body Thursday afternoon when he was clearing out some brush at a site near Pleasantburg Drive and Interstate 85.

Investigators said they are trying to identify the body and learn how the man died.

The worker made the grisly discovery at the site of a new motel, where workers were cleaning out a retention pond

Remains are said to be those of 66 year old Jerry T. Roach, whose family reported him missing in January.

"Holbrook said that the cause of Roach's death has not yet been determined, but that initial indications are that it was not foul play."

I'm curious as to how it wasn't foul play, but I suppose given his age that it's a possibility.
