I looked it up. There is still nothing new in the court docket for this case! So strange. Here is link to the court search page. Maybe Jewels can find a separate filing. When I do a search it only shows one case where she is a defendant.

Breanna Lewis is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Chesterfield County Courthouse in connection with homicide by child abuse in the death of her 11-month-old daughter last May in Chesterfield County, according to 4th Circuit Deputy Solicitor Kernard E. Redmond. Redmond can’t release the specifics of a hearing due to a gag order in the case.

Nothing shows up in the court records for the Bond Hearing. Not that it makes a difference or that it is not going to happen. Her Bond was denied last on 1-09-2019.

I hope the judge deny's it again. imo

*Bond Review Hearing (@ 2pm ET) - SC - Harlee Lane Lewis (11 mos) (May 29, 2018, Chesterfield; cause of death cerebral edema and/or suffocation) - *Breanna Denise Lewis (19) "mom" arrested (6/8/18). charged (6/11/18) & indicted (6/14/18) murder/homicide by child abuse, tampering with evidence (destroying, altering or concealing DNA), destruction, desecration or removal of human remains & giving false info to LE, fire or rescue dept. No bond set.
Was on suicide watch.
6/5/18: BL to undergo mental evaluation. 6/7/18: Judge issues gag order on case. 6/13/18: BL has been charged with homicide by child abuse in connection to the death of her daughter, according to the Chesterfield County Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Index. They will not release any more information regarding the case in order to comply with the gag order for the case last week.
6/14/18: BL waives her right to appear at bond hearing. Charges were read & no bond set. No new bond hearing date given. Next hearing 7/18. 7/18/18: Next Prelim hearing on 7/25. 7/28/18: Had Prelim hearing Disposition on 7/28.
8/14/18 Update: Judge closed hearing to public & reporters as case is still being investigated; placed gag order on case.
1/8/19 Update: Due in court this week on 1/9.
1/9/19 Update: Judge Paul Burch said the bond, which he denied, could not be set until Lewis was given an expedited mental health evaluation.
1/22/19 Update: Order of competency Observation Evaluation. Next bond review hearing on Wednesday, 5/22.

Bond denied again for Chesterfield Co. woman charged in death of her baby


CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Paul Burch has again denied bond for Breanna Lewis on the charge of homicide by child abuse in the death of her 11-month-old daughter last May in Chesterfield County.

Burch denied bond at a hearing Wednesday due to the seriousness of the allegations against Lewis.

ewis, along with the homicide by child abuse charge, is facing counts of desecration of human remains, tampering with evidence and giving false information to law enforcement.

A judge ordered a mental evaluation earlier this year, and in court Wednesday, Lewis' attorneys said she was found to be competent.

Lewis can request another bond hearing in 120 days. She remains in custody at the Chesterfield County Detention Center.

Yes, very slow at updating the website.
The "keypunch operator" or "data entry clerk" - - I'm sure there is a newer techie style name for that job.
I would have at least thought that in the past 4 months there would have been a docket update regarding the results of the competency evaluation. . .

Lol they are called clerks of the courts - at least the ones who enter case info are. Each Judge has their own clerk who is supposed to keep the calendars and dockets updated. This one is very strange. One thing is to run a few days or a week behind. I know I’ve looked to see if they filed another case and this one was dropped but they forgot to say so in the docket. Couldn’t find anything else.

You’re very welcome! I went into the court site again and it still says pending with the competency evaluation being the last item on the docket. I know those can take months to accomplish. I also made sure to check there were no other cases filed in her name. Nothing comes up other than the case we already are following.
