The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for information about a man who has not been seen since early this year.

• Harry Lee Woodruff III, 26, was last seen leaving his Georgetown Hwy home in Feb.
• He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He has brown hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at 843-436-6055.

It has been more than nine months since human skeletal remains were found in a wooded area near Andrews.

Whose bones are they?

That is a question that still has not been answered by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, something that is upsetting for Harry Butch Woodruff who says he is certain the remains are his son.

And even though he has waited more than nine months for answers, he will have to wait – possibly a few more months – because the original testing came back inconclusive, according to Georgetown County Coroner Chase Ridgeway.
