Being hauled out at 7:00 without her "face on" or her hair "did."
LE rumagging through her yard and home.
LE leaving her personal space a mess.
The mattress and facilities at the jail.
Further, having none of her own toiletries.
The menu in jail.
Not being able to update and delete her SM posts.
Posting bond and still being held.
Finding out LE took her new ride and probably all of her phones, computers and online devices as well as her cameras.
That she can't control what hubbie says or does.
And finally, that her family will not be at home when she does get bonded out.

All of this might just push her over the edge and into harsh reality or into snapping. When it comes to TCM's personality, LE has done played this well.

Don't forget violating the peaceful splendor of the Mickey camper.

From what I have read they most likely know more about it. They are VERY calm and telling everyone to just wait for it.....kind of like our Mods

1) obstructing criminal investigation
2) tampering with a witness, victim or informant
3) obstruction of state or local LE
4) civil action to restrain harassment of victim or witness
5) falsification of records in federal investigation and bankrupcy
6) destruction of corporate audit records

above are just :twocents: of what could be possible (I see more than one being possible actually lol)

Guys, please don't laugh about or make fun of the situation the Moorer's are in. I know how tempting it is to bash them but we don't do that here.

Its all very serious and making fun of them is bashing in my opinion. So please lets stay focused on finding Heather and of course discussing the charges but no bashing.

Opps, I left three things off my "madder than a hornet" list:
Coming to sites like this and reading about the mugshots.
Her age of 41 was revealed.
Then seeing all the love for Heather and absolutely no supportive comments for her since the news of her arrest.

Btw, Heather was a such a natural beauty with or without makeup or hair styling.

Wow. How ironic. A sign from Mickey that justice will be served.

I was looking and looking and coudnt find anything and then Mickey jumps out and says "Dont worry, we will get justice for HE".

Seriously though...I am hoping that LE finds some serious evidence in the trucks and are working 24X7 on forensics. If something like blood of HE is found in one of the vehicles, then serious charges could be upcoming.

Maybe too much wishful thinking on my part. Something is coming from LE with the charges and I hope it is major.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but, believe it or not, in four years on WS this is the first case I've followed where there's actually been an arrest...

When do we find out what the charges are for? I mean I know indecent exposure and obstruction, but when do we find out what specific acts were committed. Is that where an indictment comes in? Yeah, you can see I have no legal training. Don't even watch CSI. I used to watch LA Law but it's been a while and I've forgotten everything I 'learned'.

Yeah, that totally looks like Mickey. It's almost like one of those photo cakes. It's like when people see a picture of Jesus's face in their soup or something. It has to be some kind of omen if it wasn't put there on purpose.

I'm sure news organizations are busy bee's right now, trying to get the warrants released. It's a waiting game basically until that happens and/or other charges are revealed.
