Could the confusion be in stating that two people suspected in the HE case have been arrested on charges, but not necessarily on charges relating to the HE case?

Do we have a link stating the arrest charges are in regards to the case and not just tied to the case by the fact that those arrested are tied to the case?

Also, how do we know they homeschool? As a homeschooler, I see no reference to such on her FB and most of us literary live homeschooling. It is mentioned repeatedly in our social media. I hate that this is an aspect of this case!

She's posted about homeschooling many, many times on the disboards. That's how she can go to Disney at the lesser expensive times of the year. I love Disney, but I haven't changed my entire family's schedule to surround it.

I think she mentioned homeschooling in her profile for the disney blog. I believe for her it was more for convenience than anything. She is clearly not the best example of a home schooler...or a parent...or a wife...or a human being...

I doubt it. She was reported as being fired. According to the disboards, she owns a freelance photography company and is a Disney travel planner. He does maintenance.

I think LE arrested them to alleviate public pressure. Now for the next month, people will be hopeful that more is to come. It buys them some time before the public starts to get antsy again.

I think they suspect much more... the probable cause has not been released for the search warrant yet and according to the LE fb page there are more charges pending for both of these people... I would just guess the obstruction and exposure charges are what stick when throw quickly at the wall and gives them time to get evidence to match up to the other charges? Just a guess. :twocents:

That's what I'm wondering. Hoping that those warrants are released soon. I'm just SMH at the charges, after everything that was reported yesterday. I mean, a mobile crime scene unit and all of those officers searching for 11 hours, and this is what they are charged with?

Frustrating, but like our wonderful mods stated, "patience". Not one of my virtues :floorlaugh: I'm working on it!
