A representative with Horry County magistrate's office said bond hearings for the kidnapping charges won't be held until at least Monday. Copies of the arrest warrants likely won't be released until Monday as well.

The more I think about it, the more I think TM would not have been comfortable with anyone, including SM, knowing where Heather is. Hope that is not the case. But a divorce, a bad fight, etc...she would not be able to trust him, IMO, he had already cheated on her. I really hope at least two,people know, as she seems hard as nails to me and does not seem likely to confess to anything, IMO.

I wonder if SM will have any additional charges today. How long can they hold him per the judges "hold for additional charges" order? Do they only have 24 hrs or do they get to hold him until there are additional charges? I'd't this about the time that more charges would be handed down since it has been 24 hrs since the charges yesterday? *confused*

I believe it's 72 hours after each charge. Likely she will not have a bond on kidnapping charges given the amount of travel she does.

According to her FB page, she allowed LE to look around. She had to have talked to them to do that.

Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said Sunday that the kidnapping charge is related to the Heather Elvis disappearance, but he couldn't go into details, including why the kidnapping charges were brought. He also couldn't comment on whether additional charges might be filed.
A bond hearing will be held in Circuit Court on Monday, Richardson said.
"A lot of [information] will come out in the bond hearing," he said.

I'm beginning to wonder if TM isn't the one singing like a canary since her charges keep coming first. Even though she's controlling & seems to dominate SM, she likely knows she's in too deep and is trying to deflect as much as she can onto SM. Often the ones who are strongest on the exterior aren't really that strong when things start going south.

For those that thought the tattoo was recent, TM says in a comment that it's 2 years old and suggests it needs to be filled in.

She needed to brand her man to make it more visible. I am just surprised it wasn't in neon or glow-in-the-dark ink.

I fear SM's charges are not going to be different than TM's today. If there was evidence of anything more, IMO, TM would have even more serious charges today. D@^^. :jail: :jail:

Somehow I can picture TM hiding at the landing and when SM dropped Heather back at her car, maybe she was dawdling a few minutes, checking phone or whatever and TM leapt from the bushes and dragged her off to her car...just a scenario in my mind...jmo

I see her using a gun to lure her out of the car.
