One of them is going to have to get a deal, IMO.

(And I think the clock thing was a rumor...) jMO

IMO, at this point, if either talks, they may bury themselves deeper (no pun intended) and collectively rack up more charges (murder). So, I would think they'll keep their lies hidden and unfortunately, we may never know where HE is.

What point would it make for either to confess or turn on one other? They'll probably try to plead not guilty.

I sgree...they have no incentive as yet to tell where she is. Lots of folks do not believe in murder charges without a body. They may be counting on that.

(edit to add):

TM: "yes, I'm 5'9" and my hubby is a model"

Haha! It's been mentioned a couple times that SM is a model. Can y'all direct me to those pics? I'd love to see those.

I can't help but wonder if TM had one of those spy programs on SM phone she could monitor from computer/her phone and therefore she trailed SM going to meet HE in those early hours.

How do you get on a subscription list? TIA

At the top of the thread is a drop down menu marked "Thread Tools" where you can select "Subscribe to this Thread"

If you are on Tapatalk, there is a series of 4 dots (I believe), where you click on it, and you can select "Subscribe" (on iPhone, it will turn the star yellow.

Hope this helps! :heartbeat:

Agree to disagree. Respectfully. That SM "seems" to be controlled by what TM writes on social media is hardly proof that he's a poor, weak, manipulated man. IF these 2 did kidnap and harm/kill Heather....they did it together. But, I'm positive that some defense atty. is lapping up with gusto the budding defense for SM.

Exactly. We don't know, because many of us believe that it was Tammy writing all of the social media stuff on Sidney's accounts. It could go either way - heck, he could be the quiet mastermind behind all of this, letting his wife spill her feelings all over the place and taking the target off of his back (somewhat).

Like we both said, they both made this decision. They are both responsible. Unless I see proof that TM held a gun to SM's head to force him to kidnap Heather, I have zero sympathy for him. I have less than zero sympathy for her, based on my own impressions.

Wish we had more info on him from someone other than his wife.

Yep, a kidnapping charge w/ no body, where there's no confession or physical evidence that shows exactly what happened to Heather, is no slam dunk conviction.

Notice one wasn't charged with conspiracy to kidnap. That is very telling in my book.

3:47 IS THE KEY TIME TE KEEPS MENTIONING!!!! so maybe there is video from one of those houses...that has them caught in the act!!!! fingers crossed that the call in about the car being there at that time was told to him and now that the home video was picked apart by a specialist they found EXACTLY what they needed to get in the house to recover any type of evidence left they could find to get these charges rolling!!! EXCELLENT JOB PARIS!!!

I think this guy Liked Heather and was very unhappy in his marriage to Tammy.
The affair happened. I don't think it was just a fling. Unfortunately these things very rarely end well.

This all started with Heather and SM and once Tammy found out it was the end of the road!

Now why don't we wait and see who did what!

They will both be in jail for a very long time! but me myself would like to know which one is responsible for murder!

All JMO

It would ONLY make sense if one of them wasn't involved in the actual crime.

I guess we sit and wait, and pray. I can't think of anyway to find heather. We don't know much about these folks as far as places that would have meaning to them, or maybe a place that had meaing to HE and SM? There's currently 308 folks gathered here right now. Send a white light, good vibe, prayer, whatever your belief for the loved ones of heather please!

If murder charges are never added, and the state manages to get a conviction on kidnapping, I wonder how the Elvis family will feel? Their daughter still won't be found, and the people responsible will spend 30 years max. in prison (maybe less if they get parole, or a lesser sentence). Sure, they will be punished, but I don't know if this is the same justice the family has in mind.

Especially with Heather's age...defense will argue she ran off, heartbroken, or maybe with another man...only one juror has to believe it. They need a crime scene, confession, or explicit video...IMO.
