Looks like someone got a FB tutorial last night from our posts here and they now know that TM left some of posts public. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to seeing their posts in regards to the murder charges. Still think your "Rockstar" is innocent?

I think they are cocky and think they are smarter than everyone around them. Looking down their noses at the world. Seems like their arrogance , got them busted. Thank GOD!!!

I am praying for the Elvis family . I can not imagine what they are going through.

I pray that LE found enough evidence to lead them to Heather and put those monsters away for life

Bond hearing on St. Patrick's Day. Interesting given where Heather worked.

And given evil woman's comment "kiss the blarney stone" comment on facebook. Poor Heather she never stood a chance with those two. I really had hope that there was some decency in Sidney, but obviously that's not the case.

I do not think murder charges can stem from LE finding a item of Heather's at their home. They would not show she was deceased. Has to be photos, or DNA/blood on their clothing or other items, etc...jMO

How would a gun be evidence without a body and/or shell casings? Unless there is a gun with Heathers DNA on it? Shot at close range?

Yes, that is what I think..there would be blood splatter. TM's arrogance could lead one to believe that it could be an execution type murder.

I am thinking trace evidence of blood and fluids in the trucks.

Not everyone charged with murder is held no bond. Bonds can be set and made. Usually high but some people have the resources.
I thought a bond hearing had to come somewhat swiftly so the 3/17 date puzzles me.

No matter how many cases I follow hearing MURDER never gets easier. It is so hard to comprehend what humans will do to another.

Prayers for Heather's family. Even though I guess we all suspected she was murdered... I think we all clung to the hope she would be found alive. I audibly gasped when the press conference said murder... all i can think is that poor girl...and what horror she may have endured.

I bet Heather fought like hell. Hopefully she left some battle scars on these two .

When the Ms were first arrested they said more arrests could possibly follow. I took that to mean more people not more charges so maybe I just misunderstood.

No, they didn't mention it. The press was given ample chance to ask questions, and barely anything was asked! What's wrong with these journalists?

Bail hearing expected 3/17
Just my two cents from cases I have followed:
There are a number of violations for which a judge will NOT allow bail. Murder is one of them. There are many different penal code violations that are associated with murder and manslaughter. Each code violation is treated differently and is associated with a different level of bail. However, if a judge does grant bail for any reason, the bail rate usually begins at $1 million.

Finally, a press conference by HCPD... Murder charges filed later today against TM & SM.. RIP HE and Prayers to the Elvis family...tragic.. Justice for Heather..

Imo, forensic evidence was located during the search that indicated HE's demise..
