I know there have been unproven rumors here and there, but my opinion is just based in my gut: IMO, Heather may have been pregnant. It's a game changer for sleeze bags who just want to prey on young girls, have their fun, and be done. It also explains, IMO, if they were broken up, why Heather would have contact with him again. JMO

I'm guessing because the first time we ever heard from TM was an angry rant where she first said that SM cheated on her with HE and then called HE a bunch of awful names. She then said that she could care less because she's had a boyfriend for 2 years. She finished by slamming HE and TE. They didn't have an open marriage. Tammy was trying to imply that they had no reason to harm HE because TM had a bf and SM was done seeing HE in October. You can't be in an open marriage and then claim you were cheated on. Her attempt to prove that she didn't care failed because that rant is still dripping with hate for HE to this day. NG is just repeating TM's bs.

I also think TM made a comment about SM and Heather being together in Heather's car just in case his DNA was in there.

Could this have been a ritualistic crime? There have been a few things that make me think TM may think of herself as a witch. I know nothing of the occult, I just thought I would pose the question because this is such a strange case. It's so hard to wrap my head around the indecent exposure charges followed by kidnapping and murder charges.

I would like to know what things you saw that make you think that she fancied herself a Witch.

Just noticed that the Destination channel,on Direct TV, is all about Disney cruises and vacations next week...including on TM's birthday I think, lol.

I keep thinking about if SM worked on Ocean Blvd at one of the hotels when BD disappeared. It has been speculate that a contractor or maintenance person could have grabbed her.

Does anybody know the largest size boat (approximately) that could fit in the waterway that PTL abuts? Could a boat as large as a commercial fishing boat fit there? I was just wondering if TM and/or SM might have driven her body to PTL in the trunk of her car, and then transported it to a waiting boat...

Why don't they pay property taxes ?

They (SM & TM) don't own the land (Daddy owns it) so there is no tax base for them to pay. Daddy (WC) may have to pay for the improvements on the land but I would bet that is not much at all - if any). I don't think any permits were issued for the building and improvements and they likely use a septic system; maybe even well water. Upgraded, separate electric would be all that was necessary.

Can't they go for 1st degree murder if she died during the commission of a felony? Kidnapping would be the felony. Therefore I would hope they don't let them plead it down to 2nd degree murder. We are clearly deal g with 2 very unstable people, that do not need to ever walk the streets freely again.

Idk...maybe not. TE may have been asking that since the relationship with SM supposedly ended around that time too. Pure speculation on my part.

Yes - that "little Problem" (hate to type that-after all it deserves more respect that that) may turn out to be a Giant problem in the future for TM & SM. A Triple problem.

If SM really hasn't seen his family in years, I think now would be an amazing time for them to go see him in jail and see if it's possible for them to find out where Heather is.
