Since we don't know what evidence LE has that supports the charges of murder, I would think that would be rather risky in this case.

This is just a wild 'what if'.
What if the Ms disposed of Heather's body in such a manner that it just about guaranteed she would never be found. In that case, the Ms would know LE was lying and could become quite confident that LE is grasping at straws/has insufficient evidence.

I know someone who was questioned many times in a first degree assault case. During the last interview, LE said their DNA was found on the weapon. They told me after being so upset they were even considered as a suspect, it was the first time they actually laughed during questioning. This could not have been true since they were not at the scene of the assault and had never even known the victim. After a few more months, another individual was charged and subsequently convicted of the assault.

So, I guess LE can lie about evidence to a suspect/poi; but, it could backfire in a big way and destroy any credibility on their behalf going forward.

That is weird. It says the car had been there for a week.

Did it say who the caller was? The caller said that it had been there for a week, which doesn't mean that it is true. SM or TM could have even been the caller.

SM had a Facebook post that insinuated that he & TM hooked up in the bathroom and dressing room at the mall. It was around the time that HE went missing. That was my first thought when I heard the IE charges.

I think it was desperate attempts to appear young/wild to SM. I think TM felt like she was competing with Heather for SM. I don't think SM would have left TM, but I think he'd still see Heather when he could. (If not her, someone else!) TM thought the only way Heather would never be an issue again was to kill her. Sad/scary that someone can have so little emotion or respect for another human life!

Why would TM tweet-taunt LE and the Elvis family?

For those of you who have been doing this a long time, has taunting ever been noted in other murder cases?

GOOD thinking!

Because she really thinks she's smarter than everyone. And again, I think it was planned enough that she thought she had committed the perfect crime. She tried to portray that she and SM were victims in all of this, and shockingly, she appeared to have supporters ...

interesting line of thought....

I think roomies info really sealed the Ms fate.... think of the chaos if she didn't tell what she knew? this case might have one thread.

Just saw that on Wednesday WMBFnews at 6pm will have an interview with someone who is "blacked out" to remain anonymous...that says he has known by TM and SM for decades. It says it will reveal never before seen info on them.

We shall see...

I'm sure it'll end up being on their web page as well.

Looking forward to seeing this! I'm very curious as to who that person being interviewed is.

Here's what I don't get (well, I don't get a lot of things :sigh:), how did TM/SM know that HE wouldn't be missed immediately? Did HE post that BW was going on vacation or did the M's follow BW's sm accounts? Maybe that's where the "aforethought" comes in because there was a "plan".

Or did the Mouseketeers just have dumb luck in the timing? If that was the case, I would have thought HE would have been found by now because the M's wouldn't have known how much time they had to hide a body.

Premeditated for $200.00, Alex. (This is Jeopardy!) How fitting.

Hi, im very new but I have been following here for about a week and keeping up here in Horry County since Dec. Im very worried that TM and SM put HE in a suitcase that they took to the landfill or "accidentally" lost or threw into a river on their last trip. That has been my feeling the past few weeks. Just my opinion.

You may be right ... Landfill is always a possibility! :(

Thanks for the welcome. Living here in Horry County I know there are so many sites to be able to drop your trash and that scares me. I believe that "getting rid of trash" is the way TM would look at the disposal of HE body.

I hadn't seen any LE statements about pings. Do you have a reference? Not challenging what you're saying, just have not seen that. I thought they only referred to phone activity.

Oh, no worries! For the life of me I can't find the link. Sorry  Should I delete the post since I cannot find that MSM link?

Thank goodness she at least called BW. Didn't BW also work at TK? He may have heard it from someone if he didn't hear it from HE directly.

After reading a bit closer, I think there's a big mix-up on the time and dates in this new article (Sorry MyHorryNews.com).

On the original PR, the time was noted as 10:43:00 PM on 12/17/13. That time was used because, that is the last communication TE had with heather via a text message.

Terry Elvis stated that he last heard from his daughter on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at approximately 10:43PM, via text message.

From recent report from MHN.com, Heather's car was first noticed at the Peachtree boat landing at 5:47 p.m. Dec. 19...

and nearly five hours earlier than 10:43 p.m.

In response to an S.C. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, Horry County released a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) report stating Elvis' car was first noticed at the Peachtree boat landing at 5:47 p.m. Dec. 19.

That's nearly five hours earlier than 10:43 p.m., the time a police spokesman previously said Elvis' car was located, narrowing the window in which Elvis disappeared to a little less than 36 hours.

10:43 PM is the time Heather sent TE a txt message on the 17th not the 19th. So, the 5 hour difference and date is totally incorrect.

I have the approximate time of Heather's car being identified by TE with LE between 7PM-11:10PM at PTL on the 19th.

So, according to the the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) report stating [that] Elvis' car was first noticed at the Peachtree boat landing at 5:47 p.m. Dec. 19. could still be viable. The time difference is only an hour and 13 minutes!

IMO, Heather's car was reported and LE checked on it. Officer ran the plates and when they came back registered to TE, he recognized the name OR when he called it in, another Officer did and went directly to TE's house to notify him. Then, the Officer drove TE to PTL to identify Heather's car.

So, this article is completely wrong IMO.

Report says Heather Elvis' car found hours earlier than previously thought

Don't know if I'm allowed to say this here, but I suspect it's a certain cousin, who has been quite vocal about his disdain for the Caisons. JMO.
