Bingo ... she was probably going to shoot him herself.

I think this was their next move for certain. Things were escalating and SM was more than likely going to take one for the team. I have to wonder if the shot would've been to maim or to kill. Hard to tell what TM would've been thinking. The timing of everything and TM posting that she's had it and she was going to sue everyone. It makes sense.
I'm just thrilled that LE was behind the scenes a few days earlier (2/18) getting warrants signed.
Coincidence? I think not. Still very impressed with LE's handling of the warrant execution and the roll out of the charges. It was well orchestrated. I continue to hope the remainder of this case and trial will unfold in the same fashion. And most of all I want LE (or anyone) to find Heather!
Where is Heather?

well, we know Heathers phone, for whatever reason, stopped. but really, how would SM explain the constant calls and suddenly not calling her again? surely that would be addressed during questioning, and I can only see it going two ways:

LE: so why didn't you call her after 6am?
SM: I, ugh, well, umm, Tammy said not to.

OR

LE: so why did you keep calling her after 6am?
SM: to make sure she didn't call me again!

/end hypothetical questioning/

is it fact that SM was calling after 6am or just conjecture? I think the back and forth (we have to assume that in fact it was back and forth and not just one number being called) and the locations of the calls will be an important bit in this circumstantial( unless a body is found) case.

I also feel that whatever video LE has will need to back up the time line that they will establish if this goes to trial.

topcat, I'm happy to hear this! I wanna peek at her thread but it would be like starting from scratch here, I'd be clueless and overwhelmed and I'd be One Of Those Posters who have a million questions! :)

PS good morning everyone! it's raining, it's pouring, time to clean house!

the short of it was her brother ( Holly Bobo's) saw her being led into the woods behind their house by a person in camo. That was the last sighting of her.
Good morning to you,,,15 degrees and sunny here

Maybe it could be:
LE: we know you disposed of her phone but why call it first?
Sm: ummmm bc Tammy said to.

LE: If TM told you to jump off of a cliff, would you?
Sm: duh
End hypothetical questions

I think it was just conjecture about what happened after 6am since we have no phone record/communication info after 6am. If the phone was off but people were calling and leaving messages or messaging wouldn't they show up on phone records?
If SM and HE were back and forth communicating from 2-6 then why would SM cease to contact her after 6am if he thought she was still alive? We know why HE stopped communicating.

no facts, just my frazzled brain grasping for something here.

Maybe LE felt she was becoming unstable and decided to pull the plug on them . Maybe it was a good time for them to apply more pressure on both of them by overwhelming them with the search and arrests thereby hoping one or both would crack.

actually we don't know when she stopped using her phone as she might have been kidnapped at any point after 2 AM and the calls staged.

Were there times linked to those IE charges?

Exactly I guess I should have said we know why Heather's phone stopped communicating.

I thought maybe TM could have used HE phone to text or check social media to make it look as if HE used her phone.
O/T Did they ever find Holly's body?

Morning all!

I've read every post but my "Thanks" button is on the fritz again and I'm not refreshing all that much to use it. Thank you all for ferreting out information as well as some well-thought-out "speculation" in the case.

Real life has been too busy this year, but I'm trying my best. I hope a little more information comes out the 17th so we have something new to chew on here.

Not that I'm aware of. That is one piece of information I would love to have. The exact date and times of the IE incidents.

Except that police said they are confident that Heather drove herself to PTL, in which case she'd most likely have had her cell on her person and pings with concurrent texts/calls would jive.

Hi Topcat!

I'm just throwing this out there and it's just my opinion. I think that after killing HE and not getting arrested right away as well as HE not being found...I think that the M's decided that they were going to make money off of this situation. I think they were provoking anyone and everyone in order to have grounds to sue. We have WC going after searchers with a stick, who weren't even ON his property but near it. The same searchers have said that TM and her sister were driving by while they were searching for HE and taking pictures of the searchers. Last night we saw TM's sister taking pics of the reporter and flipping off the camera. I'd love to know when the cameras were installed at the M's. TM has posted several videos saying that people can be seen destroying her property and even her friends couldn't see what she was claiming. Can't forget about that white truck that was stalking and shooting/aiming at the M's and the final effort by TM was her last post stating that enough is enough,we are suing everyone!!! Then we have the cousin from last night's interview. He tells everyone on social media that he's doing that interview and then he appears in shadow and with his voice altered? He claims that he's getting threats from his own family as well as HE supporters. I've yet to see one HE supporter say anything but,welcome...tell us about TM and SM. He seems to be prepping to sue as well.:twocents:
