I'm afraid we are not going to learn anything new for a few weeks. At this point I feel LE has a pretty good idea of what happened and when. There is not much play for time in their reports and who did what. Heather arrived at PTL by driving herself there and was killed by SM and TM at PTL.

I think anything we get before the next hearing will be the result of someone finding Heather. Let's pray this happens today.

Unfortunately, I think you're right. I think he had her get in his truck (DNA) and they took her elsewhere. I know LE is doing all they can and working double-time to get her home but yesterday isn't even fast enough for me and I'm a random stranger. I can't even imagine what her family feels like with her still missing. It must be like being flayed alive. My heart breaks for them 1,000 times a day.

So...apparently...in the first incident SM reported gunshots were fired at the vehicle....and the whole family was in the vehicle @ 9:45 pm. But in the 2nd incident, at 1:40 am...no shots were fired, and it was just SM alone.

That just sounds kind of backwards to me...seems 1:40 am would be the better time to shoot at someone. (That's a weird thing to write...of course, in my opinion...there is no good time to shoot at someone).

What the heck did SM go to the hospital for exactly? Maybe his heart? Scared and racing perhaps?

I see it more as a CYA :wink:

ahhh, so you may have some info that will be helpful to us to know more about SM background. Did he live his childhood in a nice enviroment? We have learned he graduated from a private nice academy.

Yes, passionflower, he did live in a nice house. Not a mansion but definitely upper-middle class.

I've thought about this myself and IMO, anything he might have said about leaving TM that night was a lie, because I can't reconcile for the IE charges otherwise.

It depends when the actual photos were taken, and if they were completely TM's idea, which I have a feeling they were. It is not uncommon for a married couple to continue to have sex, even if one partner is cheating.
Maybe the photos were taken elsewhere (at home?), rather than in a public place, and then sent via text to Heather from the two locations? Does that make sense?

I'm just throwing this out there and it's just my opinion. I think that after killing HE and not getting arrested right away as well as HE not being found...I think that the M's decided that they were going to make money off of this situation. I think they were provoking anyone and everyone in order to have grounds to sue. We have WC going after searchers with a stick,who weren't even ON his property but near it. The same searchers have said that TM and her sister were driving by while they were searching for HE and taking pictures of the searchers. Last night we saw TM's sister taking pics of the reporter and flipping off the camera. I'd love to know when the cameras were installed at the M's. TM has posted several videos saying that people can be seen destroying her property and even her friends couldn't see what she was claiming. Can't forget about that white truck that was stalking and shooting/aiming at the M's and the final effort by TM was her last post stating that enough is enough,we are suing everyone!!! Then we have the cousin from last night's interview. He tells everyone on social media that he's doing that interview and then he appears in shadow and with his voice altered? He claims that he's getting threats from his own family as well as HE supporters. I've yet to see one HE supporter say anything but,welcome...tell us about TM and SM. He seems to be prepping to sue as well.:twocents:

I'm headed to Surfside and then I am going up kings hwy to see if I can find the payphone from the news video. That's been bothering me and then coming back via 544 to go by PTL. Im curious to see if survelience near pixie dust r us address. You never know, lots if things in my mind that have me puzzled.

I found the location on google back when we couldn't talk about it. It is in the parking lot of what looks like a deserted or almost deserted strip mall. I will try to locate it again but it really looks like a random phone they took a video of and not connected to the case.

I thought the police confirmation that the IE took place around 1325 Celebrity Circle meant that they were actually out in public doing..something. I don't doubt that they could have been fighting off and on and still feeling froggy, but to me it's more of a time constraint thing. It is clear that all of this had to have likely happened in a period of about four hours. You're right, though, if I misinterpreted that it could have been photo related, it is possible.

This is probably a fat chance but did we ever check the Horry Incident reports on the days covered with the IE incidents.

Is there a chance someone may have called in about suspicous people and maybe it was declared on an incident report.

Unless the incident has something about nakedness or something we probably wont be able to recognize it.

The way LE described the IE it maybe that LE is the only ones who found out about it from Video tapes so there may not be any incidents declared but it may be good to try to double check. Will have to go back and find the date range and then find that website that has them. Not sure if I will have time today in case someone wants to look.

I agree. So outrageous now that they are arrested for murder but is it possible that TCM thought she could kill someone & then sue their family??!! Maybe feel completely entitled and righteous in doing that?

I wonder if this IE was all about setting up an alibi. Knowing that they were video taped by an independent 3rd party would confirm their whereabouts. Interesting how the phone calls with HE from SM's phone would coincide with the IE video time wise.

I tried to research the word "ping" and kept getting that people can find you through the last tower. I was under the assumption that the last time h.e. used her phone was the 3am calls to sm. I was thibking the m's were trying to locate the phone by calling it at 6am. That would make a ping right? I've looked at a diagram describing ping but honestly I don't get the ping by the sites that were explaining it. I need lamen's ping. like if the phone were say updating a weather app would that make a ping also? Like an automatic update?
