I have been a member of WS for years and I've never seen anything like this...ever. There is very little that we can post about without comments being deleted. I've never been in a forum like this and I have no idea how to sleuth about a case when 99% of the little bit that we do know,can't be posted.

Murrells Inlet. It's a historic fishing village that's now full of bars and restaurants.

It was more of a statement if there is a person of interest. They searched the water very intensive so I assume a boat might have been used. Might narrow it down.

New interview published today. Gives at least a little new information. HE had only been living with BW for less than 2 weeks. She moved in on Dec 4 or 5. Also, HE's father cannot discuss the 3:41 am call due to the ongoing investigation. Interesting.

It seems so freaking odd to me that both NG & this article specifically fail to mention TK. They mention she worked at HOB & "another pub" but do not mention the name of the pub. IDK... to me... That just seems sketch.

So it's the kind of place somebody might go out to for a birthday dinner or something like that?

Does South Carolina require boats to be registered as well? My boat had to be, but I live in a different state.

I still feel this is important to the case & for all smartphone users to know. Hopefully LE is utilizing this technology in their investigation. It could be crucial to the case :moo:

That is what I was saying. But the person I was responding to said that on her own bill it came up with a time that was for the opposite person's time zone. Even when they were visiting her. So if it is the same with HE's carrier and showed on her bill as 3:41 then it could have been later here. Won't know until we know if the number is local. Or even a text, because moo is it was a call based on wording by LE.








It doesn't have to do with where it was purchased. Has to do with numbers.

My apologies CarolinaAsh, I misunderstood with the closing of the last thread this morning.

The time stamps should still adjust based on the user location. If I recall correctly in the Travis Alexander case, the Forensic IT specialists were able to identify ja by the metadata in the photos she took of herself with her changing hair color (blond to brunette and back again, I can't remember the exact order). When he was on the stand, he stated the device was able to sync based on location services. So, the basic concept is the same. The MAC address allowed them to verify the image was ja & where she took the photo, & the time was adjusted to California time.

Back to your OP, you are correct, cell phone bills would be adjusted to your area code.

Again, I hope this makes sense & I'm sorry for the confusion :blushing:

Britnee Drexel case on NG......just said she was VERY SAD...miserable with her roomates that were older. Cell signal stopped in Georgetown! and CRYSTAL case also. Waiting to see if this segment now ties into Heather!
