I had a feeling the victim could be from NC. I hope they find who murdered him.

Here is some information on Columbus County. It is mostly rural with some small towns. Whiteville is the largest town and is the county seat for Columbus, Bladen and Brunswick counties but it's small, IMO. There is reported gang activity in CC from what I understand.
