Coordinated local, state and even federal effort to find H.

Investigation is ongoing.

Have had divers in the lake, helicopters flying. Now that it's daylight, looking everywhere.

They don't know if she was taken in a car or not.

Mother is in the hospital. She was brutally beaten and is in reasonably fair condition under the circumstances. Needs surgery.

They are asking the public to please be on the lookout for H and to help find her. The investigation is ongoing. They want the word put out to everyone to help find H. She's still missing. They have divers in the lake, helicopters flying, and people searching. They don't know if H was taken away in a vehicle or not. The mom is in the hospital. Apparently, she was brutally beaten. She's in medically fair condition and will be undergoing surgery.

The 4 other children are safe and sound and in good condition. Two were home and 2 were not at the time H disappeared.

It is unknown if the mother knew her attacker. The mother did not pick up her older children from school and the school called. It was an uninvited guest. She did not invite anyone into her house.

FBI asked by the PD to join in the search.

Four other children that are safe and sound.

Description of perpetrator provided by mother. Limited description - hispanic male.

Trying to uncover exactly what occurred.

No amber alert because they don't even know if a vehicle was involved.

Police received a call from the school because mother didn't pick up the children and found the scene at the house when they got there.
