Man missing out of Richland County, deputies say
Deputies need your help finding a man who’s gone missing, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Fifty-eight-year-old James Lee Powell, Jr hasn’t been seen since Sunday, Dec. 16, according to the department. Powell, Jr. was last seen at his Northeast Columbia home.
Powell, Jr. was then seen leaving in his champagne-colored Chevy Venture with SC handicap tag 32517W around 5 p.m.
Powell, Jr. was wearing a brown suit, a yellow shirt and a black top hat. Deputies describe Powell, Jr. as a black man who's six-feet tall and 190 lbs.
