#MISSING We need help from our #RichlandCounty community in locating Mamie Grant last seen this morning near Polo Rd. She is described as an 81-year old black female is 5’1” and approx. 245 lbs. Grant was wearing a black sweater, white shirt and a skirt when she went missing. Anyone who has seen her is asked to call 9-1-1 or RCSD directly via 803-576-3000.

Since she was last seen on the 600 block of Polo Road, I wonder if she was near the Amara Place Senior Living which is at 651 Polo Rd in Columbia SC.
Across the road is a very large heavily wooded area.

From the article posted first:
Grant recently moved to Polo Road and is unfamiliar with the area. She’s also diagnosed with multiple medical conditions and is without medication that she needs to help prevent her conditions from becoming life-threatening.

I wonder if she has dementia or Alzheimers? She might be confused and just lost. She was reported seen last at 10:30 AM this morning. I hope that they find her soon!
