PD: Missing man described as "vulnerable" last seen January 15th

Joshua Belfrom, 28, was last seen January 15th when he stayed in his brother's car overnight on Ohear Avenue.

• He was reported missing February 29th.
  
• Joshua is a "vulnerable adult" who stopped taking his prescribed medication for mental health issues.
• He's 5'10 and 130 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

Police searching for missing vulnerable adult
Belfrom suffers from schizophrenia and paranoia and is on medication, but they say he has not taken it.
