PD: Missing man described as "vulnerable" last seen January 15th

Joshua Belfrom, 28, was last seen January 15th when he stayed in his brother's car overnight on Ohear Avenue.
  • He was reported missing February 29th.
  • Joshua is a "vulnerable adult" who stopped taking his prescribed medication for mental health issues.
  • He's 5'10 and 130 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
  • Please contact the North Charleston Police Dept at 843-740-2800 with any information.
