2 teen girls missing from Fort Mill -

Laura Elizabeth ‘Piper’ Newton, 16, and Katherine Amanda Obert, 15, were reported missing on March 21 and March 26, respectively. The sheriff’s office believes the two teens are together and staying somewhere in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Strange story.

Families think they're together out of state.

But one family reports their child missing the day after she's last seen, and the other not until 10 days later.

Why the wait?

Wouldn't the first family have said something about thinking she's with her friend? Or called the friend's family to see if they were together?
