Florida has the Jimmy Ryce Act, although its highly contested in legality, and keeps a lot of convicted sex predators off the streets after they have served their sentences. I'm not sure if it would have helped in this case, but something needs to be done.

His house is at a different location. The field shown in a bunch of the images is at the coordinates 34.776494, -82.068057. The only building on his property I can quickly point out with Google is at 34.776494, -82.068057, but I haven't yet studied it closely with the parcel map from the county overlay yet.

I think I recognize the photo the suspect, pretty sure he was a man on the social networking site I have alluded to, but I could be wrong. I am so glad she has been found, I hope they find Charlie now.

wth...KB went to work for this guy a few weeks before she disappeared and her friend didn't mention this beforehand. All these friends and no one seemed to really know her I guess. As many times as we asked if she was working/when she was last seen at work no one volunteered this info.Just wow.

The Anderson police looking for K&C worked out that a cell phone had pinged at that address. They then learned Spartanburg police were also interested in the same address for another case. That's how I'm reading it, anyway.

So, whose cellphone? I hope to god they don't mean Charlie or K's, because if so they could have found out where they were 2 months ago!

It sounds like he's referring to Charlie or K's cellphone. Ugh. It pains me to think they dragged their feet on this, with K alive.

I think the Spartanburg investigators might be looking into Tracy L. Wright, who is also missing with her car.

Wow...the Sheriff said in his interview they would get w/ FB on who was doing the posts. They never did that. Just wow. He said the suspect could have been doing it but that's just a thought he had. He'd have to check with FB.

I don't think this sheriff was doing the investigation into them being missing. I may be wrong but I thought another agency was investigating. If so, I would imagine that he wouldn't know anything about what was investigated at this time. MOO

Oh I was so scared this was the case

I am hoping for Charlie to be OK. I hope K is mentally OK. Heart is breaking for all involved. I can't imagine what it would be like for Charlie's family right now. As if they could feel any more on edge than they already did.

It is frightening how he has been wandering around selling real estate. I was a Realtor at 18!!!! I am now K's age, with a little dog and this is just way to close to home. RSOs are the scum of this earth. I can never understand how they are freed.

Its very upsetting that they seemed to have been able to find them earlier with these pings....I mean? Shame on them if that's the case!

I also don't think this is the end of things. Who signed into that computer and why???? Guaranteed there's another, maybe familiar party involved....
