Missing Florence County woman last seen in early December

Kelly “Nikki” Oliver, 44, of Effingham, was last seen at her home on or about December 4, 2019, according to the Florence County Sheriff's Office. Family members say she may suffer from a heart condition.

Oliver is described as a white female with short burgundy hair and green eyes, who stands approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds. She has tattoos of a rose on her ankle and “Ricky” on her wrist.
