Scotty Yates said his brother Kenny Chapman, 44, hasn't been seen in 2 or 3 weeks.

According to Yates, Chapman is homeless and suffers from depression. He said his missing brother was last seen at the Hot Spot convenience store in Pickens.
Yates said that Chapman's belongings were found along with his cell phone in a tent, wet but undisturbed.

It appears as though he was in Pickens County Jail on Nov 15th released on the 16th.

Appears that he has been dealing with alcohol for quite some time by looking at the arrests. Maybe this is a factor in his disappearance.
