MISSING: Police need your help to locate Lorenzo Jones, 30, of Stratton Court.
Family members reported Jones missing Monday after he was last seen July 28. Although Jones has no known medical conditions, family members said it is out of character for him to not have contact with relatives and close friends.
Jones is 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 300 lbs. and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who may have seen him or knows where he could be is asked to call the Sumter Police Department at 803-436-2700. Always dial 911 in case of an emergency.

One hour ago SPD gave a bit of an update by saying essentially no update but still looking. I hope they release more information about Lorenzo and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

UPDATE: Mr. Jones was located this morning, Aug. 18, in another county. He is OK.
