'You next. Justice for Mica': Woman arrested for allegedly vandalizing JP Miller's sign

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A woman was arrested for allegedly writing on JP Miller's personal sign earlier this month.

Sandra Kay Caron, 48, of Myrtle Beach, was charged with malicious injury to personal property (value of 2,000 to $10,000), according to booking records.

Dangerous game for both of them to play.

WOAH!!

That is quite an update @lynchmob67 . Thank you for passing it on. And with regard to those apparent federal charges of cyberstalking, it will be interesting to see how that unfolds.

Earlier in thread #2 of this case, I posted details on one of the first cases IIUC of those type federal charges being used. It was on a case in Delaware. Details at this link below.

I envision there might be some similarities in how those charges might be used in the MM case of JPM. MOO

According to the indictment, John Paul posted a nude photo of Mica online without her consent, placed tracking devices on her vehicle, and on one occasion, contacted her more than 50 times in a single day. He also allegedly interfered with her finances and daily activities and damaged her vehicle tires, the press release states.

The indictment also alleges John Paul lied to federal investigators about his actions, claiming he hired a private investigator to protect Mica from purchasing firearms. In reality, prosecutors say he hired the investigator to cyberstalk her for alleged adultery. John Paul also denied damaging Mica’s tires, but investigators say he purchased a tire deflation device online and sent messages to others about her vehicle.

Merry Christmas, Mica. This does feel like some small bit of justice. I am hoping he is charged + the book is thrown at him.

Miller faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison for cyberstalking and two years in prison for his false statements. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000. His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 12, 2026, in federal court in Florence.

Agent in Charge Kevin Moore, with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Columbia Field Office, released the following statement:

The defendant’s alleged actions were predatory, measured, and inflicted profound trauma to the victim, her family, and loved ones.

While this indictment marks the first phase of the criminal process, it represents a crucial step toward accountability. We hope this step offers a measure of peace as the healing continues for the family

ABC News online December 22, 2025 article by Victoria Arancio, Luke Barr, and Bill Hutchinson entitled ‘South Carolina pastor charged with allegedly cyberstalking wife before she died by suicide’ - ‘Mica Miller was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in 2024.’

Of note from the article:

"This case underscores the seriousness of domestic violence abuse and related offenses and serves as a reminder that such behavior has no place in our society," Robeson County, North Carolina, Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said in a statement posted on his office's Facebook page, along with photos of both John-Paul and Mica Miller.”

JPM is to be arraigned in federal court in Florence, SC on Monday, January 12, 2026 IIUC. Time for that is not clear as far as I can tell. Perhaps one of our kind members with better access and knowledge of the court systems could help? TIA! if anyone could. MOO

This makes me soooooo happy! JPM is among my top 5 most despicable, because he cloaks his evil deeds in the guise of godliness. Although I wish he could be charged for torture and murder for what he did to Mica, I’m glad he’s FINALLY being held accountable for something! And hopefully these revelations break whatever spell he has left over any remaining followers and he won’t be able to run the “pastor con” again.

Ughhhh I despise him so much!

I'm pretty sure he will be running a circuit ministry preaching about "You can be sure your sin will find you out", telling stories from his personal life about how all the people around him were so evil.

This could set a crucial precedent for domestic violence offenders. I hope they can nail him.
