The Greenville County Sheriff's Office issued the following press release Wednesday afternoon:

Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are actively searching for missing 22 year-old, Miriam Elizabeth Miller, who escaped from Carolina Behavioral, located at 2700 E. Phillips Road, at around 2:00 this afternoon.

Miller is described as a white female, 5’8”/140lbs, with brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red and brown jacket with black leggings and green socks.

Miller does suffer from some type of medical condition and deputies request for anyone who comes in contact with her to call 911 immediately. We currently have bloodhounds and a tracking team assisting in locating Ms. Miller.
