SC - Mom poured water on sleeping baby’s face as ‘payback’ for keeping her up at night, Jan 2019

Caitlyn Alyse Hardy, 33, apparently posted footage of the abuse to Facebook with the caption, “Payback for waking me up all kinda times of da night.”

In the video, the woman can be heard laughing while pouring water on the baby girl as she sleeps in her crib. The infant pops up and starts to cough. A few seconds later, more water is spilled directly onto the baby’s nose, causing her to cough again while crying.

Hardy was later charged with cruelty to children.

Can CPS just take this baby NOW and end this nightmare. It is NOT going to get any better for this child. This horrid vile woman is never going to be a loving Mom. NEVER.

There are so many families in line to adopt an infant. Any would be better than this cruel woman.

So, why would anyone wake a sleeping baby?

Just take the baby away, there is no potential for rehabilitation here.

If this bio mom does this with a camera watching, I hate to think
what she's capable of when no one's looking.
Take the baby away before she raises another sociopath like the mother.

The video that Caitlyn posted is still on fb. I cannot believe a mother did this! Yes, I watched the video and it just makes me even madder. I would post the link here, but I'm not sure its allowed.

You can’t fix stupid. You can’t fix cruel.

What kind of life will this child ever have? CPS, take this child away now before more abuse can be inflicted on her. Find her a home where she will be loved.
