Circumstances of Recovery: ON 11-14-1994 a white female identifying herself as Elonoir Hart was admitted to a local area hospital. On 11-15-1994 she passed away from natural causes. During the coroners attempt to notify her next of kin, none of her identifying information could corroborated, or discovered as false.

I really wish there was a recon. You'd think after exhausting all leads there would be more of an appeal to the public.

These are two possibilities I could find--

Elisabeth Jean Wagner, has multiple alias names listed, history of head injury (could cause memory issues), last known to be heading north out of Florida. Height doesn't quite match but people sometimes "shrink" with age-- aging could also explain hair color.

Phyllis Marie Corbin, height could match. Was at a shelter for young women and then ran away (mixed information on the shelter, but seems to be for women from unstable situations/backgrounds). Age would line up, but she would have spent most of her life MIA. Could explain the untraceable name. A few states away but again, she would have had her whole life to move around.
