We'll see what evidence is presented re everyone's whereabouts that day and early evening. I don't believe everything in news articles or opening statements. Sometimes attorneys allude to things in openings but later there is no evidence presented at trial. JMO.
True, but the prosecution apparently has digital data, in additional to witness statements. It seems like one of those situations where it wouldn't make sense for the prosecution to "manufacture" evidence. It doesn't serve any purpose for their case. OTOH, it's a convenient "red herring" for the defense.

Interesting, I didn't know they matched the tire "tracks" in the grass to the caretaker's vehicle. There was no mention of Maggie's car, right?
No they didn’t match the tire tracks in the grass.

No. I never heard anything of Maggie's car and I listened virtually the entire day. I was surprised it wasn't near the crime scene.

I thought they would mention it because when that story came out that Maggie was lured to Moselle that night, part of the dialog was that her car was left running. I doubt she would have been down near the kennels and left the car running up at the house.

AM said he talked to MM in Person 1.5- 2 hours before she was killed.....
"In person"

Didn't the affidavit read that he CALLED her to meet him and while on the way, She called a friend of hers saying, he is acting strange and something was "fishy" ???

Just wondering when he exactly SAW her and talked to her IN PERSON.

Im probably all confused now :P

No they didn’t match the tire tracks in the grass.
They matched the tire tracks that were inside the hangar per Chapman's testimony today.

I am referring to the tracks in the grass. Interesting if these are the same tire tracks. I did not believe the tire tracks in the grass belonged to the caretaker as no pictures were taken of these tracks imo.

I mostly want to know which structure is the dog kennel In relation to all the buildings on the property. I’ll take a look at the media thread.
Maybe I'm not doing it correct, but I have searched and searched for the media thread and can't find it. I'm new here so I'm still trying to figure out how to navigate.

Sometime today in examination the question of how Maggie and Paul got down to the hangar/kennel area came up because the only vehicles around were the black F-150 with a cold engine, some vehicle with a flat tire, and Alec's SUV, which he was driving.

This is interesting because Maggie had on flip-flops so I doubt she walked from the house. Paul may have walked. LE stated in testimony that the engine on the F-150 was not warm.

Did the dog caretaker give Maggie a ride from the house and drop her off in the hangar? Is that where Poot was going?

Just my musings. MOO.

What I recall from testimony is that no tire tracks were matched except the coming and going of Alec's car that he pointed out himself to LE, and the tire tracks inside the hangar. They did not determine what vehicles created the other tire tracks, some of which were just depressed dewy grass and some of which were more pronounced like on the dirt road.

Classic AM! I recall he did the very same during his 911 call after his roadside botched suicide for hire. MOO
YES!!

and then he immediately brings up the boating accident and Paul's involvement.
Trying to lead the detectives---- Look there (at boating accident) NOT here.
Good try AM... we see through that crap and hopefully the jury will also.

Murdaugh Media Thread

Go down to my posts around the end of July and go through to the end to see if that helps. I added labels to many of my images.

The cell gps, texts, videos, time stamps and vehicle gps nailed Tammy and Sydney Moore. Right down to the second they turned off their truck's gps and turned it back on.

Patrick Frazee was sunk also in the same way. (Except now we add a landline).

Now Brian Krohberger (sp) is being tracked to each and everytime he even came near the 4 college students he killed.

This evidence, I no doubt, will be brought out in detail-- time stamp by time stamp.

Also, I'm wondering why Maggie would be at the kennel area. The other question I have is if there were no other tire tracks, how did AM allegedly get rid of the guns and MM's phone?

I don't mean to be a smart alec. But I ware my flip flops even in winter. I zip into them and zip all over the place. You cant separate me from my flip flops. Lol!
Is there a slight chance MM was the same way?

Re: Maggie and Paul getting down to the area near the kennels...

Do you think AM gave them a ride down there after dinner? They could have all gotten out, then AM surprised them with the shooting soon after.

Was Maggie's car up by the house? The truck Paul was driving up by the house too?

And I am still trying to figure out why AM told Maggie to come see his dad, follow him in her car. I mean, I realize it was a way to trick her to get her to the property (if he was planning her murder), but then you would think that he would have actually gone to see his dad later just to make it seem like his story was true. But he went to see his mom (at her home), not his dad (in the hospital).

All MOO.

This explains why Buster is allowed in the Courtroom.
She is a lawyer and legal director of the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network.

I thought this might be why based on watching the Redwine trial in Colorado where the Mother and brother of Dylan were allowed in the courtroom even though they testified as witnesses. I remember the Judge in his Courtroom Decorum Order cited the Colorado Victim’s Rights Act when he explained it.
