Elderly SC couple missing in Lexington County

LEXINGTON, S.C. — A search is underway for a missing elderly couple in Lexington County who didn't return to their assisted living facility.

Officers say Ronald and Mary Denny didn't come home Tuesday night. They were last seen since driving their Hyundai Santa Fe to dinner.

I'm surprised that the couple would be able to drive themselves to dinner considering their memory issues, but hopefully that means they weren't severe. I'm nervous about the amount of water I see around the area.

Endangered Lexington couple found safe in Horry County, deputies say

LEXINGTON, S.C. — A Lexington couple reported as missing and endangered has been found safe, according to Lexington County deputies.

Deputies say the couple was found in Horry County. They are safe and will soon be reunited with family.
