Some articles say she was last seen leaving her mom's house in Bishopville, but her mom lives in Lamar, that's what the family has on their social media and their own posters. I live in Lamar and did not hear about this until tonight. If I'm doing this wrong, if someone can let me know, I will fix it. I'm not sure if I am doing the pics correctly. Sorry.

Her family said she was last seen leaving her mother's house in Lamar early Wednesday morning.

Vehicle, body found submerged in South Carolina river

Authorities in two counties are working to identify a person found deceased in a vehicle that was discovered at the bottom of a South Carolina river on Friday

According to Lee County Sheriff Daniel Simon, the call first came in to neighboring Darlington County that a vehicle had been found submerged in the Lynches River.

The vehicle was found at the Highway 401 bridge and Lynches River. Highway 401 runs through Lamar just 4-5 miles up the road and is about 14 miles from Bishopville.

I wonder if this is where the car was found. There's another road next to the bridge that leads down to the river.

Looks like the bridge is only about 3 miles from her home.

Yes, that's the bridge. And yes, there is an access road going down to the boat ramp at the river. If you look at Google Earth, it's in a very wooded, desolate area, even though Lamar and Bishopville are not very far away.
