MISSING PERSON/ ENDANGERED PERSONS
Tonya Caperton and Elizabeth Caperton were last seen on the evening of July 12th leaving a hotel on Waccamaw Blvd. Tonya is 32 years old and suffers from a medical condition, and Elizabeth is 13 years old.
