Found Deceased SC - Tracy Wright, 49, Spartanburg County, 12 Oct 2016

I was digging through FB and saw a post by a friend of a friend of one of Tracy's friends that said he had friends in LE who said there were two officers assigned "to her case only," and that there was more information coming. Post dated October 25. Obviously, must be considered rumor.

Do we have any idea why she has two different last names? Marriage? Divorce?

Ward is her maiden name.

Spartanburg Co., S.C. (WSPA) – A missing Spartanburg County woman was located Friday after law enforcement and investigators pulled a vehicle from Lake Cooley.

Tracy Lynn Wright, 49 was last seen on October 12, 2016. A missing person report had been sent out by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Department shortly after her disappearance.


The Spartanburg Coroner’s Office is investigating this case, though foul play is not suspected at this time.

Thanks for the update. I live within walking distance from that lake.
Seems strange, to me anyway, that they don't suspect foul play.
I've been so busy this weekend, I didn't even watch our local news.
