Travis Burns, 16, is a white male between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds.

Burns may also be using the name Arron Burns.

He has white and pink hair, with very long bangs that he tends to wear off to one side. He also has a double lip piercing and a tattoo.

Burns, who is from Fayetteville, NC, apparently took a train from Fayetteville to Kingstree on Wednesday night. His phone was found in Kingstree on Friday and was turned into Kingstree police.

Burns was spotted at Manning Walmart Supercenter on Saturday. He was also spotted at Family Dollar on Sunset Drive in Manning on Sunday.

All reports from eyewitnesses have him with a woman and her dog.
