Victim is possibly John Edward Woods. Victim gave several aliases to law enforcement, including Paul Raymond Quire, who is apparently still alive in Georgia. Fingerprints and DNA came back as Paul Raymond Quire. Not positive if birthdate is correct. Victim is approximately 6"02", 180 lbs.
