The Yankton Sioux Tribal Police said Aylani Rainbow was last seen with her biological mother Monica Cournoyer at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 leaving Marty Indian School. Cournoyer and Rainbow could be headed to California with a red vehicle, described as a Cadillac with California license plates.
