Where specifically was James when he was last seen in the 300 block of Kansas City Street? The area seems busy. The Public Safety Building, which includes the Rapid City PD and Pennington County Sheriff's Office, is located in that block of KC St. Other places include One Heart, Care Campus and the Veteran Services Office. Did anyone from those places see him? Where does James live? Did he drive himself to the area or was he on foot? Maybe he caught a ride with someone? I'd like to think if he walked away someone would have seen him. I hope he's located safely soon. MOO

One Heart, transitional housing and other services such as addiction and mental health counseling plus like skills and job training.
Care Campus addiction treatment services and mental health services.
