Circumstances of Disappearance
Kevin Marshall was last seen on May 19, 2016 in Eagle Butte as he was leaving to attend his daughter's graduation ceremony in Rapid City, SD on May 21st. Kevin missed the graduation ceremony and hasn't been seen since.

Wanted to create a thread for Kevin Duane Marshall, missing from Eagle Butte, South Dakota since May 19th, 2016. I don't believe his case is getting as much exposure as it should.

According to Charley:
Marshall was last seen at his mother's residence in Eagle Butte on the Cheyenne River Reservation South Dakota on May 19, 2016. He was planning to attend his oldest daughter's Central High School graduation in Rapid City, South Dakota that day, but he never arrived there and has never been heard from again.
Marshall left behind three teenage daughters. He was involved with drugs and alcohol at the time of his disappearance and his oldest daughter stated they had a poor relationship as a result of his addictions, but it would be uncharacteristic of him to miss her graduation ceremony. The circumstances of his disappearance are unclear.

He has the following tattoos: the initials "CH" on his left arm, the initials "KDM" on his left forearm, the word "Jewett" on his right forearm, a skull with a joker hat on his left arm, and a medicine wheel covered up by a larger tattoo on the right side of his neck. A photo of the neck tattoo is posted with this case summary. Marshall is of Lakota descent. He has previously broken his jaw at the chin and may have a plate or pin inserted.

<<On May 20, Daron White Eagle traveled from Rapid City to Eagle Butte to pick up Kevin and bring him back for his daughter’s graduation. When he arrived in Eagle Butte on the Cheyenne River Reservation, his brother, Kevin was nowhere to be found; including the house in the country 23 miles southwest of Eagle Butte where he stayed with his mother and the trailer house she had in Eagle Butte.

As they looked around town that day, the stories began to come in as to Kevin Marshall’s whereabouts. Daron White Eagle was told he was seen by Lori Marshall “that morning walking down the street, headed south” in Eagle Butte.>>
