Search Warrant Sought Items From Anthony Home Dec. 20th

  • #41
I keep thinking about the time Casey spent out of jail, what evidence could she have destroyed and/or removed from the home when no one else was looking. HMMMMMMM
Where could she have dumped them? Baez trash can? IIRC, everyone was looking at Casey when she was out of jail including the FBH staying with her.

But what about G&C? They were in and out of the house without being frisked by anyone. If Caylee's "June 16 clothing and accessories according to GA" really were in the house... and G&C are interested in covering up any intentional lies... then we might expect something like this from CA...

"Uh George, you know those clothes and other stuff you told the cops that Caylee had with her on June 16th? Well, that stuff is all in her room right now. What do you think we should do about that?"

Could this be were Lee comes in? (his attorney thinks he will be charged with tampering etc....)
The FBH was only with her the first time she bonded out of jail :behindbar
Casey did have a backpack with her when she went to Baez's office, I'm just sayin', I think it's a plausible theory.
The opportunity to get rid of evidence was there, and I believe where there's a will there's a way.:)

Welcome to WS, Nittany! :) I have to agree it was wrong for NG to have referred to the disturbance as such. Shallow grave for what? A mouse? OMG! I have it!!

Wait for it....

Wait for it....

A squirrel?! Hahahaha~

(Sorry for going off topic...but I just had to do it! LOL)

Oh, please, I couldn't agree more. My daughter called me last night after I was already in bed asleep to tell me all about this massive hole found in the Anthony's backyard. It took a few minutes to sort it all out, and when I asked her where she got this CR*P from, she told me WS, lol! I told her to keep reading, someone would get it straightened out.

From People magazine...

A stainless steel knife was also found in the trash bag with Caylee's remains.

Note that no search warrant seeks knives or silverware from the Anthony home. Why would OCSO not seize knives from the home if they found a knife with the remains?

The KC statement about "haven't even found her clothes" - IIRC she (KC) made that statement while out on bond in the house. I've always wondered if she said that because she SAW those clothes at the house and knowing little miss smarty pants - she said it because she truly thinks LE is "not that smart". KWIM?
Thanks, you have given me a new way of looking at that statement, and your thought makes a lot of sense. :thumb:

Do you think that this statement is based on the recent documents?

If it it is it is just plain wrong!

There was no mention of a knife with the remains.

There was only one knife found in the car.

Cindy gave one knife to LE and said it was from the car.

The two-knife myth started with WFTV/Sheaffer. It spread to Websleuths and NG. There is no telling where People magazine got it from.

LOL if you read the text messages between Amy and KC about the bruised ribs and Caylee being sick you will see that KC is ONLY AVOIDING Amy. lol
she was lying about that as Amy was waiting to move in with KC in her moms house. This was all lies.

I was being sarcastic when I wrote that! Still, LE needs to cover all the tracks, right? They'd be a laughing stock if they didn't. That's why I stated that.

Yes, but if we simply quote People, then the rumour continues.

Exactly! Big mistake on the OCSO's part. I would think they'd have searched for those items the first time they went through the house...if anything, just to back up what GA told them. If they (the clothes) were there, then obviously GA was mistaken. If they aren't there, then there would be no need to second guess GA's statement.

I would have thought they'd look for those clothes because it's what Casey told them Caylee was wearing.

Maybe it is because the A fam have contended all along these items were missing from the home. Now they want to be specific by naming them in the SW to determine if they are still there plus to have George testify those are the items he claimed to have seen that day. They want to pin it down.

"Answer yes or no...is this what you said she was wearing, George?" being asked by LE during a "tough question" interrogation which could be up and coming soon.

I think you are absolutely right. It sounds like it probably has to do more with obstruction/aiding/abetting charges than the murder charge itself.

Wow - I didn't even think of that! That's very possible, especially considering the fact that CA conveniently gave them a brush that not only Caylee used...and LE repeatedly asked for her toothbrush but wasn't it shown that CA wouldn't release anything without a search warrant? Hmmm...

No. Cindy voluntarily gave LE everything they asked for including Caylee's toothbrush, oral thermometer, and a hairbrush that was used on Caylee. George also voluntarily allowed LE to take the computers and the car. Cindy also offered up the information about what she'd removed from the car, including the knife and Casey's grey slacks. The A's were very cooperative.

I wonder what the subscription and rack sales of People totals to. Millions infected with the two-knife disease. :bang:

I thought KC made that comment while in jail when LP was searching the Econ River.

Actually wouldn't it be a 'computer virus' vs a disease? One that has spread to TV and magazines? I have typed the words - there is only ONE knife so many time, I might have worn those letters down on my keyboard :)

It's double hearsay relating to KC at home while out on bail.

Hard to know why anybody gives it much weight?

I agree. Not only is it double hearsay, but who knows if it was actually said at all or in what context. Too much of what gets talked about on this forum comes from "sources" that have proven themselves repeatedly to not be credible.

That investigator called Anthony’s comment "an important statement." So does Padilla.
In August, while out on bond the first time. For the next 10 days, Casey was plenty chatty with his associate Tracy M. She would drop little statements like that when she was being driven to the attorney's office and when she was being driven back when she was with Tracy,"
"Everything's been a game to her. That statement they haven't even found the clothes yet leads us to believe the clothing were somewhere but not in proximity of the body," Padilla said. http://www.wesh.com/news/18009037/detail.html

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News uncovered an email showing that Cindy may have knowingly given investigators the wrong evidence. Cindy wrote to former family spokesperson Larry Garrison that she gave investigators Casey's hair brush instead of Caylee's brush, which they wanted for a DNA sample.
