Season 2 Episode 1

sorry I cant laugh with you life. for the point... bare with me, if avery is guilty and for the record he has been convicted as such then this **** show about averys freedom has over shadowed the true reality of the situation.
that terasa was snuffed out.

agree.....there is noevidence to support Teresa was rapped.
although highly likely she was. the odds favour this scenario, but no one can make any assumptions with this case.
a cremated body leaves no tales to tell :-(

A cremated body can tell a lot of tales. However, in this case the coroner was blocked from the crime scene, no pictures were taken of the cremains and no gridding/mapping of the remains was done.
Oh yes, a cremated body can still leave many clues, but when LE is suppressing the truth, those clues become hidden.

Finding them in a person's fire pit is a clue.

It will be interesting if we ever find out how those bones got into Steven's yard.

It's not until Episode 2 that it is pointed out these remains don't start turning up suddenly on the Avery property until after the scent dogs find the burial site on the Radant property near Kuss Road.

even if the remains where hidden on the property next door and then brought to averys pit to be cremated.....it stands to reason that avery did it.

iirc a neighbour witnessed a fire at averys the day after Teresa's disappearance.

I need to go back to the filing that had Eisenberg's notes. I just finished reading the questions/answers on KZ's twitter from earlier today. One of her answers talked about 2 more bones piles in the quarry with cut marks, same quarry where they found the suspected possible human pelvis.

I haven't seen anything that would indicate Steven went to the Radant property at any time, let alone after the police took over ASY.

really?
the cadaver dogs in ep 2 sealed that for me.
Teresa's scent is in both places.

well it wouldn't be very smart to leave a murdered woman on your property when it is the last known place she was documented as being.
after the initial police search he brought her back and cremated her.
in his fire pit.
exactly where she was found.

I guess I don't understand this post.

Steven Avery and other family members left ASY on Friday November 4 for vacation in Crivitz.

Police took charge of the property on November 5.

Bones allegedly found in Steven's fire pit on Nov 8 while Steven was still in Crivitz.

It would appear Steven was never there as a free man after police showed up.

we know steven had a bonfire out of his own mouth 31 st October the very day teraesa went missing.
a witness sees him stoking the fire late into the night which contradicts his own statement of he was watching 🤬🤬🤬🤬 in bed.

(apologise for confusionI did think LE had called by that afternoon but i cant back that up. soam off base!)

but the cadaver dogs activity simply implies she was moved around.
all close to the proximity of averys property. that was my point.
a full week before the holiday scenario is relevant to the situation

Ok wait. Cadaver dogs or scent dogs? because I believe there is a difference. I thought in Episode 2, KZ was showing the scent dogs? A scent dog is looking for Teresa specifically. A cadaver dog is looking for evidence of a cadaver, but they also will hit on blood IIRC They hit on a lot of vehicles in the yard, which would make sense since a lot of those vehicles were involved in accidents.

Just off the top of my head, here is how it that week went. TH disappeared on Monday. Colborn showed up at Avery Salvage Yard Thursday Nov 3 around 6:30pm, talked with SA. Lenk and Remiker returned on Friday, searched his trailer. Early Saturday morning SA left for Crivitz, the family cabin, with Blaine and his mother Delores. So you think that he burned her sometime between Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturday early morning? There is no witnesses to a fire that week, and more specifically those days. After 2 weeks (and after the bones were found), suddenly there were witnesses to a fire on the 31st, Scott... Barb...

The neighbour, Josh Radandt, that witnessed a fire, has stated he saw a fire and believed it was a barrel fire, didn't really pay much attention to it. He has also said that he felt LE wanted him to make the fire bigger than he remembered it too.

To be even more clear, I do believe that the cadaver dogs AND scent dogs hit in and around Kuss Rd. However, the cadaver dogs did NOT hit on the burn pit, in fact, when Bear (SA's dog) was there, the handler called back the cadaver dog, the dog ran to Barrel #2 in the Janda backyard. The cadaver dog was stopped from going any further on the 7th when LE was at Kuss Rd.

I do believe there are more reports about the cadaver/scent dogs at www.steveraverycase.org

I posted something last night and I was so tired LOL I had to go back and read it today to see if it even made sense ;-)

The scent dogs tracking the way they did really made me think that it's possible that she was taken in the back of the RAV4 and driven around where the scent dog tracked and possibly left there for a day or 2? I don't see any other explanation for why more than one scent dog would track there?

LE seriously spent more time investigating the Kuss Rd spot than they did in SA's burn pit!

The scent dogs all pulling their handlers all over the Radant property is very telling because on the prosecution theory Steven never went off the Avery property with Teresa. It's just another gaping hole where their narrative cannot account for the facts.

The experiment with the dummy was part of the re enactment in regard to the throw off from the blood pattern in the back of the RAV. Didn't happen like we were told initially, because of what the re enactment showed.

Finding the cremains spread out over multiple locations is a clue.
I agree, that certainly doesn't make sense and throws a lot of questions onto the state's case IMO.

I thought the demonstration with the mannequin was very helpful. It just doesn't seem likely that the blood spatter on the cargo door came from a body being placed in the RAV4.

Comparing that to how easily the pattern could be recreated with the well-known and well understood phenomenon of cast off from a blunt weapon.

It would be interesting to see if anyone on the prosecution team believed in their theory enough to demonstrate its plausibility.
