Parents of convicted killer Nicholas Sheley arrested on child sexual assault charges
TL : DR - his father is suspected of repeatedly abusing a child under 13, and his mother was arrested because she knew about the abuse and did nothing to prevent it.
It's extra-relevant because one of Sheley's victims was a toddler (and another was over 90 years old).
