I saw this earlier, but had to run out. How the devil can they believe him and his wife. Well these abusers are definitly master manipulators.

A 5 to 1 vote in his favour by the jury freed him even after hearing that he met the criteria of a violent sexual offender.

"It's critically important that you not commit Roger Roark because of the heinous, atrocious, unspeakable things he did to two innocent women and children. You should commit him ... because he meets the criteria as a sexually violent offender," Assistant State Attorney Phil Bavington told the jury.

I hope the therapy worked too especially for the sake of that five year old girl he's so eager to take care of.

Throughout the trial Roark said the therapy he has received has helped ensure he will not commit another crime. After the verdict, he said he will continue voluntarily in counseling. After the trial, Roark was immediately released. He said he was anxious to return home to care for his wife and child.

Pass the blame. Right there the guy is set up to offend again. Don't take no responsiblility for your actions you freak. Place the blame elsewhere.

What's the aftercare? He going to therapy every single day? He's going to live in a home with a child? Yep, way to stick it to his victims who happen to be relatives. This guy isn't even trying to hide the fact he's placing the blame elsewhere. There's a million more of him though. It's our job to protect our children because obviously the justice system isn't. I guess his wife thinks she's protecting their child. Good for her. I hope she can sleep at night. Sleep knowing this guy admittedly raped and 8 year old child.
